In September 1953, the USS Helena CA-75 again visited Kobe, Japan.
This time I had better cameras. One for black and white pictures and the second for color pictures
I was also able to talk my good friend and shipmate, Fred Greene, into climbing the hill to enjoy the sights.
The following pictures have brief captions on the back. Sort of proof of when and where.
