A large embroidery of the USS Helena. The Swan of the Yangtse.
This is a vintage large piece.

At the top it is embroidered and states "In Remembrance of My Cruise. Hawaii, Philippine, China and Japan", with an Eagle under it.

The large black circle in the center of the shield was where an individual's picture could be placed.

Below that is a painted picture, with the embroidered flag all around and near the bottom is the ships picture.

In pink at the bottom says E Pluribus Unum.

This beautiful silk tapestry measures approximately 34" x 23".
