On 6 March 1943, The USS Helena CL-50 arrived in Sydney Australia, for an overhaul.
1609---Enter port and sweep channel
1707---Pilot on board
1801---Moor buoy #3 Jackson harbor Sydney, New South Wales. (NSW)

Four days later she was in the Sutherland Dry dock on Cockatoo Island and stayed there from 11-17 March 1943

Then the ship steamed over to Pier #9 in Woolloomooloo Bay where it remained from 18-24 March1943.
