0630 - JENKENS assume guide, maintain base course and speed. HELENA take station for ECM D/F Exercise Z-12-CM (Event 25-3)

0730 - Group III Air bedding

0805 - Quarters for muster.

0900 - 1030 - ECM D/F Exercise Z-12-CM. HELENA target ship and OCE, On completion HELENA assume station and guide (Event 25-4)

0900 - Meeting of Australia PIO Committee in Wardroom.

1030 - 1130 -Gunfire Support Communications Drill, Exercise Z-11-C (Event 25-5) JENKINS OCE, plus Tactical CW, semaphore and Flaghoist drills

 - for strikers (Drill Package #1 - Event 25-6_ HELENA OCE.

1030 - Pipe down aired bedding.

1045 - Group II air bedding.

1400 - 1500 -Tactical Maneuvering Exercise Z-4-0, COMCRUDIV 5 OCE (Event 25-7)

1430 - Pipe down aired bedding.

1500 - 1700 - TAYLOR assumes guide, HELENA conduct ISE consisting of maneuvering about the guide and making approaches.

 - Resume station and guide on completion. (Event 25-8)

1500 -  Chorus practice in the Crew's Lounge.

1545 - All Hands mass forward to greet Davy Jones.

1600 - Davy Jones boards to visit with Commanding Officer.

 - Quarters for delivery of summons.

1900 - Ship's Band practice in #1 Mess Hall.

2000 - 2200 - Brevity Code Drill (BREVEX) COMCRUDIV 6 OCE (Event 25-9)

2100 - 2200 - CW, Flashing light and Nancy drill for strikers, and non-maneuvering tactical procedures drills (Drill package #2 - Event 25-10) HELENA OCE.

 - Movies.
