NAVAL BASE POINT LOMA
Admiral William J. Fallon, Commander, Fleet Forces Command,
visited USS HELENA (SSN 725) pier side in San Diego.
His visit to HELENA was his first visit to a Pacific Force submarine
since he relieved as Fleet Forces Commander last November.
